Automatic linear bottle air wash machines are designed for the effective cleaning of bottles using compressed air.
Empty bottles are loaded onto a turntable and precisely pushed by an indexing wheel into an inverter, rotating them 180 degrees. The inverted bottles travel over a series of compressed air nozzles to flush their interiors, while vacuum is simultaneously applied to extract flying dust. The bottles are then inverted back onto a conveyor.
Different bottle diameters can be accommodated using suitable interchangeable size parts.
