Automatic and semi-automatic capping machines are available for both screw and metal caps in various sizes. Machines are available ranging from single-head machines for low output up to multi-head machines (up to 12 heads) for high output.
Caps are dispensed precisely using vibratory bowls and accurately positioned onto the bottle mouth. The required torques can be set via the control panel, and bottles that do not achieve the set torque are rejected online. Different sizes of bottles and caps require corresponding interchangeable size parts.
