Transfer Pumps

Lobe Pumps

Twin lobe pumps are used to transfer semi-solid substances like ointment, gel, toothpaste, and others. The rotation of the twin lobes creates a vacuum, which first sucks in and then transfers the semi-solid product. These lobe pumps are widely employed for transferring ointment or gel from the mixer to the storage vessel.

Metering Pump (Piston Pumps)

Metering pumps, also known as piston pumps, are utilized for transferring the ointment or gel from the storage vessel directly to the tube filling machine hopper. These pumps operate on a piston principle, accurately dosing the product in the required volume. The stroke of the piston can be regulated to achieve the desired transfer volume of the ointment or gel.
