Hot Air Tray Dryers are designed for uniform circulation of hot air within the drying cabinet to maintain a consistent temperature. The chambers are constructed from stainless steel with a rigid framework, featuring a double wall insulated with mineral/glass wool. Heavy-duty chamber doors are mounted on robust hinges and are sealed with a silicon/high-temperature rubber gasket.
Stainless steel trays are available in various user-required sizes and are stacked on a trolley. The heating system can be either electrical or steam, as required. Inlet air passes through filters, including HEPA filters, and is supplied by a dedicated blower. Exhaust air is removed using an exhaust blower. Dedicated, PLC-based control panels are available.
