In the Oscillating Granulator, the product is pressed through a sieve using a specially designed and shaped rotor/arm to achieve the desired particle size.
This process yields a narrow distribution spectrum because only products with the correct shape, size, and position are broken and passed through the sieve. The rotor’s oscillating motion enhances the granulation process by controlling fines, while the back-and-forth movement ensures an even distribution of the material.
